Remote people often seek out coffee shops or libraries, even though those are not "home," or arguably even because they are not home. An apartment complex with second or third spaces would have some appeal according to that desire.

- ironmagma 6y agoPeople tend to prefer meeting people like themselves or who at least share circumstances with themselves.
