What do you mean "more open spaces" than a suburb?
Who makes a buying decision about where to live based on "random desks"?
Surely working comfortably from home primarily depends on all the usual factors that determine which home you move into, which for almost all buyers will have nothing to do with living near other remote workers. Where is the value?
- ironmagma 6y agoRemote people often seek out coffee shops or libraries, even though those are not "home," or arguably even because they are not home. An apartment complex with second or third spaces would have some appeal according to that desire.

- ironmagma 6y agoPeople tend to prefer meeting people like themselves or who at least share circumstances with themselves.
- FroshKiller 6y agoIf I move near a coffee shop or library, am I not more likely to meet people at the coffee shop or library who are interested in coffee shops or libraries?
