- pmdulaney 6y agoI like the way Bezos approaches the issue of sleep and -- more importantly -- what it is exactly that his job entails. He needs a solid eight hours of sleep a day so that he can make just a few big decisions a day. But get them right. What is the essence of your job? What should you be optimizing for that you're not?
