First impressions... being honest (Please don't it take personal) - The template looks "OK"... but not great at all - The yellow for votes looks brutal to me - I like how it shows who voted for a startup - I'd drop the breadcrumb on the startup pages or modify it - Can they upload a video pitch? I'd think that would be the most effective way... - Serif fonts are hard to read in certain areas - More effective call to action on homepage Good luck :-)
