I guess I'm glad they also compared against tree branches and the like, but I can't help but suspect they just stumbled across another one of nature's repeating patterns, and it will turn out mangos also resemble the brain and the universe at certain scales.
- dwd 6y agoAt a quantum scale our brains will look like the universe with a whole lot of empty space. Our visual perception seriously gets in the way of our understanding of reality, I think if you were able to zoom out far beyond the edge of the universe it will look like a brain, at which point other universes will become visible with strands of connection between them.
