I strongly disagree with Chinas model, and there is debate whether you can even trust their data. Being older and having a lot of eastern European friends who survived the perils of communism I cannot advocate anything other than personal liberty in good faith. I’m a little off topic here but back to lockdowns: there was no swift response (ignoring the debate whether there should have been) and IMO it’s just fucking the low and middle class to do it now. We made our bed, let’s be strong enough to accept the consequences. We have no rights anyway, just look at Japanese Americans 1942. History can be a good predictor of the future.
