How come Algolia is so Fast?
- modeless 6y agoI love https://hn.algolia.com https://hn.algolia.com. I usually use it to search through my own comment history. I wish reddit.algolia.com existed, as the existing options are not good. I wonder if it would scale to the reddit corpus? Feature request for HN search: the default should be stories and comments, not stories, and comments should never be sorted by popularity since that has been broken since 2011 when comment scores were made private.
- jitl 6y agoThis REALLY needs a (2013) on the end.
