    Arguably consultants help clients (obviously not in this case), traders are just facilitators of capital and executing on behalf of higher ups. They make money on large volumes of flow but provide no great service aside from liquidity or to line their clients pockets. iBankers on the buy side at least have to understand where the markets are going. Or have I missed what value the traders do? :)
