Another great resource, for those who are interested in this sort of thing, is the book "Reinventing Organizations" by Frédéric Laloux.
It's a bit of a guidebook on how to build this sort of organisation.
- JackMorgan 6y agoI agree this is a great resource. It uses case studies of functional companies operating in this model. I think it is very worth reading if you want to help grow an organization this way.
