What is the advantage of Kombucha to just only modifying the yeast and culturing that? Is it because the Kombucha is more easy to culture?
- JacobSuperslav 6y agoYes kombucha is extremely easy, and shrooms are pretty hard (the need for sterilization of equipment and timing things)
