As the above linked article points out, "Keep in mind that this is just one way of categorizing emotions." Some emotions don't have English names! It's been said that each muscle in the body has a corresponding emotion in subjectivity. Look up something called "Body Scan" meditation, it might help you get more in touch with your emotions.
