Ask HN: Books on Firefox Extension Development

I come from a background of PHP/MySQL programming and am looking to create a FireFox extension. I am not happy with the resources I found online and want to buy some good books on the topic. Anyone have any suggestions? (I've been searching Amazon but many of the books look either outdated or have bad reviews).
