I am not sure it is true that iPad did not realize its potential. I have seen a lot of people who are uncomfortable with a regular computer who can finally get stuff done with an iPad. But it may be true that an iPad Pro could be a lot more. Personally I think iPads was too big of a success. For that reason I never use them any more. It made my kids and me addicted. They are too portable, versatile and engaging.
