Show HN: Modernizing Legacy Computer Systems
- mbellotti 6y agoFinger crossed this is okay as a "Show HN" (there's a free chapter so I think it is ^_^;;;;) But I'm psyched. This was a two year project collecting stories, researching techniques and historical context, then having Covid push through production schedules into complete disarray.

- CawCawCaw 6y agoLooks like a cool book. Congrats! The subtitle says: "Manage Aging Computer Systems (and Future Proof Modern Ones)". Is there anything inside about the people side of this - managing skill obsolescence and future proofing of humans in technical roles? ;-)
