LinkedIn fought extremely hard to end up with Microsoft when Salesforce REALLY wanted them. LinkedIn execs new Salesforce would be the end of the company.

  LinkedIn is a pile of dogshit, they didn't need any help to do it either. It's laggy, spammy and covered in dark patterns with a user base populated almost entirely by self-aggrandizing boomers jerking each other off. Now please explain to me, how Salesforce would have ruined it?
