What lazy thinking. No, they can't just quit and asserting they can is ignorant. What are they going to do, go to another hospital that is going to treat them the exact same way, taking a huge step backwards in their career progression? What if there ISN'T another hospital nearby and they do not want to have a massive commute, or worse, uproot their family and move to a new area?
