Why sadly? Autocomplete does a ton for making APIs more discoverable and easy to use.
- dkarl 6y agoThe intersection of debugging regexes and debugging code written by someone cycling through autocomplete looking for methods that sound right should not be real. It should be a myth, a region of programmer hell, a scary story to tell children about what will happen to them after they die if they don't document their code. May Dijkstra strike down anyone who succeeds in bringing this horrible idea to production.
