That's a general problem with a lot of kaggle-esque comps: but then I don't discount the number of unemployed or intellectually curious very intelligent people out there, even if they're doing the equivalent of pushing down against the value of my wage/ bargaining power and doing the datascience equivalent of working for reputation/recruitment. hell, the thing about us hackers is I can KNOW it's a dud deal, yet part of me still wants to give it a go because it's a problem and it's right there!
