A wafer generally costs $4K-$7, last I checked, I'm not really up to date. The server around it, with it's packaging and unique cooling device, could certainly become much cheaper with volume. So with competition - sure, this may be $100K or less. But will there be competition ? And if not, why would they reduce the price so drastically, if it's still competitive ?
