Good timing, I guess.
Huge battle between DraftKings and FanDuel. DK never (I believe) had a profitable quarter, they just want to be the absolute dominant force in the space, which would attract huge players in other industries.
And the market is about to expend in a massive way with changing legislations in various states.
Not sure about how ethical this is for Disney, but otherwise it seems like a good move for both.
