Given that the credit for the writer/director appears to be fake per my above comment, I now think it's possible that this short ad was contracted out to Neill Blomkamp himself, given his history of notable commercial work for corporate clients. Edit: it looks like my hypothesis is wrong. Sergei Vasilyev appears to be a real person, and the short film is not an ad, but was shared by the company you linked to in your OP.
