I had to dump SendGrid after discovering that I couldn't reliably deliver email to outlook.com addresses without upgrading to their $75/month tier (yes, even with DKIM configured). I'm using Amazon SES now, which has a predictably awful AWS user interface, but at least it can deliver email.
