During one recruitment process, I've got passed through initial steps, because the hiring company already knew my answers about some topics (I've learned about it later, when I was speaking with other devs who were working there). Also in the past I've received multiple offers to create book/course about the technology I feel comfortable with, but I've declided (so I'm not sure if that counts)
