I have a touch less than 3 diopters of astigmatism, and have difficulty with chromatic aberation already, especially with pictures made only of red and blue (such as some micrographs with various fluorescents). RGB led indicators also get resolved into a red and adjacent blue dot with some frequency (no pun intended). It is worse since aging, presbyopia, and switching to progressive lenses, even with only 1.25 to 1.75 of near vision correction.
