Only entry-level or highly specialized positions are described by their titles well. This thread is a good example: the sets of valuable qualities named in the comments often do not even overlap. Good job descriptions and resumes include a comprehensive (though not necessarily long) list of skills and activities that the person is/must be good at. I wish more articles were talking about these concrete things, instead of using words that don't mean much at best and actively cause confusion at worst.
