I used to use an old Surface Pro 2, with Bodhi Linux and Xournal. The idea was that I could read papers and write notes on the screen.
Last year I gave in and read on my Android tablet (Tab S6 lite). It's been great. It doesn't run Linux, it isn't as flexible - but I also don't distract myself. I'm much happier.
- checkyoursudo 6y agoI considered trying a PineTab, since they run Linux-based OSes (my main daily usage) and they are relatively inexpensive.
