- onecommentman 6y agoNo mention of a requirement for auditable and secure elections in the digital age. None that I could find at the summary level. Been an active issue for, what, 20 years. It’s a committee document by academics, so a fairly “diffuse” document. Simply and clearly written, a refreshing change from online discussion. One point of interest to the young... “RECOMMENDATION 6.1 Establish a universal expectation of a year of national service and dramatically expand funding for service programs or fellowships that would offer young people paid service opportunities.”
