NDP has been in power since 2017. From 2001 to 2017, Liberals were in power. Do you have any evidence that the quality of care has gotten worse in the past three years? I am sure things are bad now because of the COVID-19 lock-downs, but I do not believe, ignoring the COVID-19 disruptions, quality of medical services are bad in BC or have gotten worse in the past three years.
