- PodCurator 6y agoNever seen before, very cool! Yeah similar but we do think calling & real time has made an insane difference vs async
- marapuru 6y agoYeah real-time calls definitely make a difference. But I guess, people who are more call shy can do with emails.

- smashthepants 6y agoWho are the coaches? What are their backgrounds/experience? Do we get to choose our own coach?
- PodCurator 6y agoGood question! Right now you can't choose your own coach and all coaches have experience in helping others be their best self/accountable (primarily have worked with employees in high tech industry)
