The first-time founder’s guide to learning everything the hard way
- kevsim 6y agoOne of these that resonates a lot for me is screwing up key hires. I've got a startup [0] and we're based in Norway. As in a lot of Europe, it's not trivial to get rid of people if you make a bad hire. Even with probation periods, it can be a lot of work (I've been through it as a manager in several other employers). Not the thing that keeps me up the most at night, but something I do worry about.
