And yet Apple is forcing the lack of choice in an app store.

- itismetheidiot 6y agofrom a European point of view, the market belongs to the people, not Apple and thus they must play by the rules the State set, for and on the behalf of the people.
- valparaiso 6y agoApp Store is not a separate market. It's separate business as stated by Apple lawyers and judge agreed on September 28th. EU judges need to firstly define this as a "new market", which will shock the whole industry.
