Of course, but 'what are they going to do about it'? They can get 'local jobs' for 1/3 the pay, or accept earning less than their peers in SF. I'm not saying it's fair, I'm saying it's what the market is driving towards. And it will affect 'our' wages as 'we' get outsourced.
