My comment wasn't necessarily to suggest that everyone eat outside all the time, just that "bad weather" can depend a lot on your mindset.
- fred_is_fred 6y agoI once at outside in Orlando in January due to a 45 minute table wait. "Are you sure?" the hostess asked me again. It was 65 degrees.
