- v7p1Qbt1im 6y agoAt it‘s most basic, Microsoft‘s makes billions by enabling enterprise customers to remain lazy. If you don‘t force them they will never move an inch. They‘d rather pay insane amounts for support for decades old shitty software than to finally modernize. It‘s easy money for MS. Though I‘m sure Windows devs hate it.
