I don't see how that is Bumble's fault. She should have escalated the issues with the authorities. Does she expect Bumble to send out their private police force to be her body guard and make a citizens arrest on the stalker?
- smt88 6y agoThey aren't blaming Bumble. Their issue is that Bumble responded to these scary, dangerous situations with an automated "we take this seriously" response and didn't follow up further. The women who were assaulted have no idea if the men were banned, and "we take this seriously" has depressingly started to mean exactly the opposite in our automated customer service dystopia.
