From my memory it used to be 50-80k at its peak.... so, this is at least 60-70k more folks moving... in a city of 850k people, that's almost 9% of the population... which is not the end of the world, but if it doesn't stop, then it will become a problem.. SF used to be about 780-800k in the early 2010, so it is basically reverting back to that number
