Hard to reconcile that theory with the old warm cup of milk before bed for children and adults unable to sleep I suppose hard to digest could be made to mean, makes you sleepy but I find coffee wakes people up and why is it ok to be sleepy before noon If it means makes your stomach unhappy then avoid it, not have it and be uncomfortable
