A MacOS update with a bug that accidentally leaks user personal info in plaintext.
Use of a Mac in a public, open hotspot setting.
Two that come to mind.
- lilyball 6y agoA bug that accidentally disables the encryption on the encrypted protocols Apple is using? That seems rather unlikely. And the second, “Use of a Mac in a public, open hotspot setting” is really the same thing as your first, because if all traffic is encrypted, then being on a public hotspot isn’t leaking your data.
