Roti, paratha, bhatia come to mind. It is sometimes easy to think in South India urud daal is only used for idli / dosa but the south definitely consumes its fair share of other bread varieties
- vinni2 6y agoNever heard of urud daal rotis or parathas. What are the other bread varieties that are made of urud dal that I as a South Indian never heard of?
- darkwizard42 6y agoI just wrote them above. You can use various daal based flour for any breads.
