I don't know if I have coronavirus, but my symptomps are similar to yours, without the night sweats and chills. I feel good for the most part, but in May I developed a difficulty breathing, and It's still there. Nothing major, but many days I need to artificially force yawning to feel good. It's like I cannot forget breathing as something automatic. Some days I'm ok, tough.
