How are you finding managing infra for rails? Is disaster recovery quick for you? I'm the author of openfaas and hear what you say about the fragmentation for using AWS Lambda. We recently made a rails-esq version of OpenFaaS for users who have a single small app like yourself. I would be interested in your impressions. It's all open source and is a bit more of a more modern stack.
