- blhack 15y agoAbsolutely. Slicehost has been the example I've used for "doing it right" for quite some time. The chat was awesome. You could jump in there at pretty much any time and start talking to somebody who could help you immediately.

- epochwolf 15y agoRackspace has excellent 1 on 1 support with livechat.
