Really? DMCA has no "three srikes" that I'm aware of.

- ehsankia 6y agoDMCA doesn't explicitly mention "3 strikes", but it does have a "Repeat Infringer" clause saying people who have multiple infractions need to be dealt with. In that sense, I don't think Twitch can legally allow an unlimited number of cases go by without banning.
