I'm inclined to agree. Dropbox has made some hard decisions to be so simple and easy to use, decisions probably made after a lot of usability testing. (Smaller)

I'm inclined to agree. Dropbox has made some hard decisions to be so simple and easy to use, decisions probably made after a lot of usability testing. (Smaller) open source projects usually don't have this luxury.
