I understand, but to my knowledge there isn't something you can use to make such a thing and not invest time to learn it. Thus my choices are the ones with the least investment needed. If you are to invest some time to learn any tool for prototyping, you might as well go for a proper framework. First you can use any of the dozen UI frameworks (like bootstrap) to get away with not writting css. Then, as one auggested you can go with pure js/html. I might also suggest you could throw a highly productive js framework in the mix like react or ember
