A lot of people here rooting for their preexisting beliefs to be confirmed, rather than being happy that a city is experimenting and evaluating new ways of doing things. NYC didn't dig in and defend the status quo. They also didn't flip over the table and change everything across the city because of a new idea that sounded nice. They're testing it.
