- m463 6y agoYes there's a plaque on most microwaves that says the frequency, which is 2.450ghz. That matches channels 7-11 on the page you linked. So you want channel 1.
- m463 6y agoIt was the old wifi standard, 802.11b The microwave had a label 2450 mhz which hit channels 7-11, so we put it on 1.
