I often laugh at Enterprisey world about how complicated it become. The problem is that, i only need one table to really deliver REAL value to my customer, instead of huge giant monothlic with complicated business logic ! Why ? I don't know. You might don't need "general" or "framework" to deliver real value to your customer. What i (or many) needs is a "framework of design", not code on how to deliver value to customer.
