- quanticle 6y agoI don't think it's a plan for failure at all. I think it's entirely within Atlassian's rights to consider these customers to be more trouble than they're worth and pursue customers who don't have such braindead internal processes.
- dbbk 6y agoI guess it's intentional failure. I agree you don't have to accept every customer.
