I visited that page a few days ago. I was looking for CNN visualization tools, you can see some here [1]. My favorite is PlotNeuralNet [2]. It exports to pdf, so you can use it with Latex. As far as I know, there are no so many tools for creating AlexNet- or LeNet-like plots (I employed this tool [3] but it is a bit hard to use).
